MEILIN GRAY is a bilingual actress and executive producer, based in New York City. Born in the San Francisco Bay Area, Meilin moved to China on her own at the age of 13 and began modeling at age 14 for Japanese magazine Rayli in Beijing. She began appearing on Chinese television at the age of 15 as a singer & show host after becoming a winner in China's version of Star Search, 'Xing Guang Da Dao'. From there she began touring cities around the country performing in hundreds of concerts & television shows with China Central Television, Beijing Television & numerous local networks throughout China.
After a stint in Taiwan as a songwriter and lyricist for several Taiwanese and Chinese pop acts, Meilin moved to New York where she graduated from the Meisner training program at the William Esper Studio, under the tutelage of Bill Esper himself. She is currently acting & writing in film/tv projects in New York and Los Angeles, and serves as EP at Pyramyd Studios, a production company she co-founded.
